Return Policy

  1. Return Period: You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it if it doesn’t meet your expectations or if it’s an apparel item that doesn’t fit.

  2. Return Shipping cost: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost, except in cases where the wrong product was shipped, or the item arrived damaged.

  3. Condition of Merchandise: The Item must be in original and unworn condition, with tags still attached or in its original packaging.

  4. Return Process: Please contact us detailing the item(s) you wish to return and your order number.

  5. Refund Procedure: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will refund your purchase but note that shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 5 business days for processing from the date of receipt of your return at our fulfillment center and up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your original method of payment.

  6. Replacement Item: If you need a replacement item quickly, the fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return the one you don’t need. We will process your return and credit once we receive your package.
